My CrossFit journey wasn't a linear path. After graduating college unsure of what I wanted to do with my life I took up ocean life guarding. While guarding I met people super into CrossFit and started going to the gym with them. About a year in, I went for my Level 1 Certification, I fell in love with coaching and realized that was my passion. Sadly, shortly after I began coaching, my gym shut down, so I rerouted to a family run gym that had all types of training. I spent five years predominately coaching children 10-18 years on strength, speed and agility. I was also the head Strength and Conditioning coach for a local soccer club, working with the girls teams ages 12-18.
In 2020 my Husband and I decided we needed a change of scenery and moved to Las Vegas in January 2021. We didn't know anyone and I knew a CrossFit gym was the place to meet people - fast forward to falling back in love with the sport, getting my L2 Certification and coaching once again. In 2022, I had my daughter and found our current home at Crossfit Las Vegas, where I now coach the Youth Strength and Conditioning Program.
Fun Fact: In college I was an outdoor guide. I took people climbing, hiking, surfing and camping. When we moved to Las Vegas I ran kayaking tours on the Colorado River. One day I’d love to return to guiding trips.

I don't do cheat meals but currently my go to take out is Indian food
What do you like to do when not in the gym?
Being outside!

I love all music; we’ll go favorite genre: rock from metal to jam band
