Crossfit L 1

I grew up playing sports alongside my three older brothers my entire childhood. It wasn’t until I got pregnant with my first son in 2014 when I really started focusing on my fitness and nutrition. Fast forward to 2019, when I finally walked into my first CrossFit gym in my hometown of Lewiston, ID. I was hooked. It was in 2022 that I decided to go get my L1, and since then I’ve coached at two gyms in two different states. My passion for coaching comes from all of my own self doubts and struggles, along with my own wins.. I love helping people grow and push past whatever they’re working on, in + outside of the gym. It’s also super important to me that my three kids get to grow up in such a fun, positive fitness environment.

Movement: Cleans

What is your go-to cheat meal?

No “cheat meals” in our house, I love all the foods…especially a cheeseburger or anything homemade sourdough.


What do you like to do when not in the gym?

Traveling with my husband + 3 littles 


What song is your favorite on your workout playlist?

Just about anything…rock/hip hop has to be at the top though!
