I am a humble guy and you will always see me smiling!!  I discovered strength training and wanted to become the best version of myself as well as share that feeling with others. I started CrossFit in 2020 after getting bored with traditional strength training and needing a new challenge. 


I fell in love with it immediately and went out and got my L1 Certification and one year later went back for my L2. I strive for knowledge and my superpower in the gym is seeing how things/people work, which gives me the ability to gauge potential as well as making others the best movers they can be.
